RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are pleased to exchange or return your purchase on www.poa.co.th within 7 days of receiving your product.
If you have received the wrong item(s) in your order or have received defective/ broken item(s) in your order or if your order is missing during delivery, new item(s) will be delivered to you free of charge within 7 working days upon the date faulty item(s) reached Central Online.
If the product you want to change is not in stock. We will make a refund within 7-14 business days.
In case of changing from another cause, the company reserves the right to charge the customer for the shipping fee.
In case of problems from production, the company will solve problems according to the manufacturer's policy based on the manufacturer's specified period of warranty.
For Toner Cartridge product, the company reserves the right not to accept or replace the carton if the item is not in condition for sale.
Replacement items must be in perfect condition with tax invoice and in the packaging received from Pohnthavee OA. We will review the product on your replacing request and reserves the right to change the products that fail to meet the standards set.
The Company reserves the right to consider and as a referee in changing or returning a product.
